Mike Helpard : General Manager / Owner
Mike has delivered 24 years of janitorial service excellence to the Niagara region. He started with one client, and is now well over 150 monthly clients. He has been the recipient of multiple awards including the Largest Percentage Increase Iceburg (2003, 2010, 2011) and the Achiever Award for Janitorial services (1999, 2000, 2008, 2009). Mike's philosophy about business is making sure that what he promises a customer, he insures that it will get done. It is the primary goal to deliver above the industry standard, and to ensure that the customer receives the service they deserve.
Grant Wall : Operations / Sales Manager.
Grant has been in the industry for 30+ years. He is a specialist in carpet cleaning, floor cleaning, commercial cleaning, post construction, e.t.c. He insures that the work is done with the quality the customer deserves and makes sure that the time is used efficiently. Grant is also in charge of health and safety, ensuring that all staff meet and exceed all health requirements and standards.
Debbie Desantis : Office Administrator.
Debbie has been with the Service Master Clean of Niagara office for well over 7 years. She is an essential part of the workplace, answering phone calls from clients, staff and any other call that comes through this office, always ensuring that everyone's needs are well met. She is a Payroll specialist and is excelling at forming schedules for the staff. Debbie also deals with other agencies such as : WSIB and Service Canada. She always keeps the office well stocked with treats!
